Where hatching happens
Pets are a lobby roll, not a button inside the wave. After a match, open the pet shop and spend Gems. Coins from Farms do not buy these rolls.
You get Gems by finishing waves, including a full Easy clear, and from codes. FREEGEMS is 30 Gems, GEMSDAY is 50 Gems, and GEMRAIN is a reported 100 Gems.
What a roll costs
An Epic hatch is 50 Gems in recorded shop gameplay. The shop also shows a cheaper Rare option, but that Gem price is not published as a fixed number. One Epic result players have recorded is the Bird.
Equipped pets do not walk beside your avatar in the match. They stay active from the inventory while equipped. Open the inventory, select the pet, and use the equip prompt before you queue.
Slots and the long badges
Towers and pets share the loadout. You start with four slots. The 5th Slot gamepass costs 99 Robux and adds one slot that can hold either another tower or a pet.
Zoo Owner! requires every pet in the game. The full name list is not published, and an October 10, 2026 experience banner advertised two new pets without naming them. The Final Boss requires every tower and every pet at max level. Upgrade costs for pets are not in a public table, so use the in-game upgrade button rather than a guessed Gem price.
Do not delete a duplicate if you are unsure whether duplicates feed upgrades. Tower crates use duplicates to climb a level cap, and pets have upgrade levels, but the pet material rule is not documented.
